The PM is the liaison who keeps the designers, engineers, and contractors in touch with each other, and collectively attendant to the owner’s needs and wants. Keenly aware of any issue, from any vendor that will extend the project schedule and inflate the project budget, your PM will mitigate those risks.

Construction managers (CM) will manage the construction portion of the product. The CM is an expert in all disciplines related to the building trades. A construction manager is involved in personnel management at the construction site. The CM will ensure that materials are delivered on time, that tools are available and that resources are properly allocated and that all activities are executed efficiently and safely. The management of the subcontractors and the onsite supervision of the actual construction work fall squarely into the CM’s scope.
